The Registration Notifications of International Students

of Nanjing Forestry University for 2020 Autumn Semester

全体国际学生：

为进一步做好2020年秋季学期老生报到及新生入学工作，根据中国教育部、江苏省教育厅、南京市和南京林业大学关于疫情防控的部署要求，现作如下提示：

Dear international students,

In order to well accomplish the return and registration of old international students for 2020 autumn semester, according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control of China's Ministry of Education, the Education Department of Jiangsu Province, Nanjing Municipal Government and Nanjing Forestry University, the notifications are described as follows：

一、时间安排Schedule

1.按时返校Return to school on time

-中国境内老生：8月28-30日返校

Old students in China, return on August 28^th-30^th

-中国境内新生：具体时间另行通知

New students in China, please wait for the further notice.

2. 暂缓入学报到Registration suspended

-境外学生（含新生、老生）：暂缓入境及入学报到，待中国出入境政策做出针对性调整、上级部门发出明确指令，学校将正式通知大家按照必要程序入境及入学报到；

Overseas students (including new students and old students) will be suspended from entry and registration until China's exit and entry policies are adjusted accordingly and the higher authorities issue further instructions. Then the university will formally inform the students of entry and registration according to necessary procedures; 

-有国内中、高风险地区旅居史的学生（含新生、老生），暂缓入学报到；待上级部门发出明确指令，学校将正式通知大家入学报到时间及程序；

Students (including new students and old students) who have lived or travelled in middle or high risky areas in China will be suspended from registration until the higher authorities issue further instructions. Then the university will formally inform the students of entry and registration according to necessary procedures;

二、具体要求Requirements

1. 符合以上报到条件的在华老生，需提前一周向学生所在学院及国际教育学院提交返校申请表（包括个人基本信息、苏康码、疫情防控行程卡等）及车票信息，并于返校当日由宿舍管理员及国际教育学院工作人员从学校西大门领入校园；

Old students in China who meet the above registration requirements are obligated to submit the Application Form for Returning to School (including personal information, Sukang code, itinerary card for epidemic prevention and control, etc.) and ticket information to their college and College of International Education one week in advance. On the day of returning to school, students are required to arrive at the west gate of the University and show their Sukang code and valid personal passport. After that, the dormitory administrator and the staff of the College of International Education shall lead them into the campus.

2．符合以上入学条件的在华新生，需与国际教育学院取得联系，提前一周向学生所在学院及国际教育学院提交新生到校申请表（包括个人基本信息、苏康码、疫情防控行程卡等）及车票信息，并于返校当日出示录取通知书及有效护照由宿舍管理员及国际教育学院工作人员从学校西大门领入校园。

New students in China who meet the above requirements to register, should keep contact with College of International Education, and are obligated to submit the Freshman Application Form for School Entry (including personal information, Sukang code, itinerary card for epidemic prevention and control, etc.) and ticket information to College of International Education one week in advance. On the day of returning to school, students are required to arrive at the west gate of the University and show their Sukang code, admission notice and valid personal passport. After that, the dormitory administrator and the staff of the College of International Education shall lead them into the campus.

三、相关事宜Relevant Matters

1．来华留学生须严格按照通知时间返校及入学到校报到，不得擅自提前或推后，须按照目前属地、南京市和学校疫情防控要求，如实报告个人事项，发现弄虚作假行为者，将依法依规追责；如中国境内新生因个人原因，需提前到校的，应及时与国际教育学院联系，按照到校具体要求执行；

All international students are required to register on the notified dates, not allowed to be earlier or later without authorization. Students should report their personal conditions according to current epidemic prevention and control requirements of local governments, Nanjing City and Nanjing Forestry University. Those who commit fraud will be punished according to relevant laws and regulations; If new students in China need to arrive in advance due to personal reasons, they should contact the College of International Education in a timely manner and follow the specific requirements.

2．来校途中乘坐公共交通工具时全程佩戴一次性医用口罩，分散乘坐，尽量避免与陌生人员近距离接触。途中做好个人卫生防护，注意保持良好的个人卫生与公共卫生习惯；

Wear disposable medical masks during the whole ride of public transportation, and take separate seats to avoid close contact with strangers. Do well in personal hygiene protection on the way, and pay attention to keep good personal hygiene and public health habits.

3．老生新生到校后，须按照属地出入境管理机构、辖区派出所和学校要求，按时办理住宿登记、居留许可延长等手续；严格遵守学校常态化疫情防空期间学校管理各项管理规定，因事申请出校，需在国际教育学院办理登记审批手续；

After entering the campus, international students should go through the procedures such as accommodation registration, residence permit application, on time in accordance with the requirements of local exit and entry administration authority, local police station and Nanjing Forestry University; During the epidemic prevention and control period, every international student must follow the regulations of go-in or out of the campus, which is most time closed. If really necessary, or in case of sensible reasons, please follow the application procedures in the College of International Education.

4. 对于校外住宿的学生，国际教育学院会根据学生情况并按照学校相关要求为学生发放进出校园通行证；

For the old and new students who live off-campus, the College of International Education will issue the Exit-Entry Permit to NJFU for Off-campus International Students during the Epidemic Prevention and Control Period according to the students' situation and the relevant requirements of the school.

5.本科生补考信息已由教务处在网上公布http://jwc.njfu.edu.cn//sy/tzgg/20200730/i176912.htm，请学生密切关注；境外本科生补考安排由教务处另行通知；

The information of the supplementary examination for undergraduates has been published by the Academic Affairs Office on the website: http://jwc.njfu.edu.cn//sy/tzgg/20200730/i176912.html. Students are requested to check it carefully; the supplementary examination arrangement for overseas undergraduates will be further informed by the Academic Affairs Office.

6．关于境外新生报到注册及上课具体安排，国教院会根据上级教育部门及有关文件另行通知。

For overseas new students, the College of International Education will notify them about registration and making arrangements for classes, as required by higher education authorities and relevant documents. Please pay close attention to the updated information.
