我院将在9 月举办绿色可持续发展主题学术论坛，并设置专项奖项，现将报名相关事宜通知如下： Our college will hold an academic forum themed Green and Sustainable Development in September with special awards. Relevant registration information is announced as follows:
一、论坛形式 1．参加论坛的同学需围绕本次论坛相关研究主题完整准备配套展示材料，包含现场汇报 PPT 与学术海报 Poster 两类成果，两项材料均需在论坛现场完成展示。 Participants shall prepare complete presentation materials covering the research topics of this forum, including a presentation PPT and an academic poster. Both materials need to be presented during the forum.
2．论坛现设置两大独立评比环节： Two separate evaluation sessions are arranged in the forum: (1) 5–8 分钟 PPT 主题演讲展示 5–8 minute thematic PPT presentation; (2) 3 分钟以内海报现场讲解 poster explanation within 3 minutes.
3．本次学术论坛将设置评优奖项和奖励，综合评定后推荐优秀学生代表学院参加 11 月国际学术会议（详见附件）。 Awards and prizes will be granted at this academic forum. Outstanding students selected through comprehensive evaluation will be recommended to represent our college at the international academic conferences in November (see the attachment for details).

三、报名要求 Registration Requirements 1．报名内容：本次报名仅需提交个人拟参与的论坛汇报主题，无需提交完整PPT 及海报。 Registration Content: Only your proposed presentation topic for the forum is required for registration. PPT and poster are not needed at this stage.
2．报名截止时间：2026 年 6 月 30 日。 Registration Deadline: June 30, 2026.
3．报名方式：发送邮件至2335489744@qq.com，注明学院、学号、姓名和论坛汇报主题。 Registration Method: Send an email to 2335489744@qq.com, clearly stating your college, student ID, full name and forum presentation topic.
