关于参加 2025 年“感知中国”第二届江苏高校暨首届长三角高校来华留学研究生学术交流专场活动的通知 Notice on Attending 2025 "Experience China":The 2nd Jiangsu & The 1st Yangtze River Delta Foreign Postgraduate Research Symposium 南京林业大学在读留学生研究生，留学生研究生导师： NJFU international master and doctoral students, supervisors: 为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于来华留学工作的重要指示精神，进一步提升来华留学研究生培养质量，经研究并报国家留学基金管理委员会同意，决定举办2025年“感知中国”第二届江苏高校暨首届长三角高校来华留学研究生学术交流专场活动（简称“专场活动”）。本次专场活动是在去年成功举办江苏高校来华留学研究生学术交流活动的基础上，将辐射范围扩展至上海、浙江、安徽等长三角地区相关高校，旨在打造更高层次的国际化学术交流平台，进一步增强“留学中国”品牌的国际影响力。 To thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on studying in China and further improve the quality of graduate student training in China, after research and approval by the China Scholarship Council, it has been decided to hold the 2025 "Experience China":The 2nd Jiangsu & The 1st Yangtze River Delta Foreign Postgraduate Research Symposium (referred to as the "Special Symposium"). This special symposium is based on the success of the 1st Jiangsu Foreign Postgraduate Research Symposium last year, expanding its coverage to relevant universities in the Yangtze River Delta region such as Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Anhui. The aim is to create a higher-level international chemical exchange platform and further enhance the international influence of the "Study in China" brand. 1. 组织领导 1. Organization 专场活动由国家留学基金管理委员会主办，江苏省高等教育学会外国留学生教育管理研究委员会、江苏大学承办。我校由国际教育学院负责留学研究生的推荐和组织工作。 The special symposium is hosted by the China Scholarship Council and organized by the Foreign Student Education Management Research Committee of the Jiangsu Higher Education Association and Jiangsu University. College of international education (IEC) is responsible for the recommendation and organization of international graduate students. 2. 活动主题 2. Symposium theme 学术探索与文明互鉴 Academic exploration and mutual learning of civilizations 3. 项目设置 3. Symposium Settings 1) 参加对象：我校优秀在读来华留学硕士、博士研究生，最多可择优推荐5人参加。 1) Participants: Outstanding master and doctoral students studying in China from our university, with a maximum of 5 recommended candidates. 2) 活动形式： “主会场+学科交流”模式，设置主旨报告、学术墙报展示、分学科专场研讨（理工农类、生物医药类和文管经法类三大分会场）、优秀论文交流。 2) Event format: "Main venue+discipline exchange" mode, with keynote speeches, academic poster displays, specialized seminars in different disciplines (including three sub venues for ‘science, engineering, agriculture’, ‘biomedicine’, and ‘literature, management, economics, and law’), and excellent paper exchanges. 3) 时间安排： 3) Time schedule: 7月30日-9月15日，校内组织推荐学术论文和相应的学术墙报，学术论文纸质稿须有指导教师签字，9月15日前提交纸质版及电子版给国教院； July 30-September 15, our university will recommend academic papers and corresponding academic posters. The hard copy of the academic paper must be signed by your supervisor, and the hard and electronic versions must be submitted to IEC before September 15; 9月16日-10月10日，组委会组织评选优秀学术论文并通知相关高校； September 16-October 10, the organizing committee will organize the selection of excellent academic papers and notify relevant universities; 10月11日-10月15日，提交参会回执； October 11-October 15, submit the attendance receipt; 10月24日，报到； October 24, registration; 10月25日，活动开幕式、主旨报告、学科交流、优秀学术墙报展评； October 25, the opening ceremony, keynote speech, disciplinary exchange, and excellent academic poster exhibition; 10月26日，优秀论文交流、颁奖仪式、闭幕式。 October 26, excellent paper exchange, award ceremony, and closing ceremony. 4. 工作要求 4. Requirements 1). 严格把关，强化协同，推荐高水平学术论文及相应墙报参加会议。 1). Please strictly monitor, strengthen collaboration, and recommend high-level academic papers and corresponding posters to attend the symposium. 2). 学术论文应观点明确，文字简洁，数据准确，研究方法科学，富有创新性，未在其他学术会议、论文集和刊物上公开发表过，内容不得涉及任何国家机密。论文第一作者应为在读留学研究生或其导师，能代表本人或本校研究领域的新成果或新进展。 2). Academic papers should have clear viewpoints, concise text, accurate data, scientific research methods, be innovative, and have not been publicly published in other academic conferences, proceedings, or journals. The content should not involve any state secrets. The first author of the paper should be a current international graduate student or their supervisor, who can represent the new achievements or developments in their own or our university's research field. 3). 学术论文和学术墙报可使用中文或英文撰写，具体格式模板及要求详见活动官方网站https://lxyjslt.ujs.edu.cn/，提取码：JSDX，也可在附件处下载。学术论文及相应学术墙报电子稿由国教院负责老师统一上传至专场活动官网。 3). Academic papers and academic posters can be written in Chinese or English. For specific format templates and requirements, please refer to the official website of the event https://lxyjslt.ujs.edu.cn/, extract code: JSDX, they can also be downloaded from the attachments. Academic papers and corresponding electronic posters will be uploaded to the official website of the special event by the responsible teachers of IEC. 5. 其他 5. Other issues 专场活动不收取会务费，食宿统一安排，住宿、交通以 及学术墙报打印费用由国教院负责。入围的研究生，每人可获600元奖励。 Special symposium has no conference fees, accommodation and meals are arranged uniformly. Accommodation, transportation, and academic poster printing fees will be covered by college of international education. Each of the selected students will receive a reward of 600 RMB. 6. 活动报名 请有相关学术积累的同学积极参与！与导师讨论后，有意向且能在规定的截止日期前完成学术论文和相应的学术墙报的同学，请于9月1日前与国教院联系。国教院将视参与人数提前组织评选。 Please actively participate if you have relevant academic experience! Please discuss details with your supervisor, and students who are interested and able to complete their academic papers and corresponding academic posters before the specified deadline, please contact IEC before 17:30, September 1st. IEC will organize the selection based on the number of participants in advance.
